Columbia Valley produces medal winning red wine rich with flavor

 


Claar Cellars Corneauxcopia is made with Claar Cellars grapes in the Columbia Valley, and is named for its gifted winemaker, Bruno Corneaux.  

The grapes are harvested at Claar Cellars’ Estate White Bluffs Vineyards in the beautiful Columbia Valley, an area recognized for its desirable growing climate. Old world expertise blend with some of the best soil and climate in the new world to create a robust red wine.

CLAAR CELLARS “BUSTY BLUSH” HELPS WITH BREAST CANCER RESEARCH. 

For each bottle of Busty Blush sold CLAAR CELLARS donates $1 to the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center, Seattle WA in support of breast cancer research.  Claar Cellars has produced Busty Blush and used it to support cancer research for six years.  Additionally, the 1st weekend in October they have a “Stomp Out Breast Cancer” Grape Stomp where teams of two stomp grapes in cut off wine barrels, one in the barrel stomping and one to catch the juice in a wine bottle.  The fastest team is named Champion Grape Stompers.   A $5 entry fee for each team of Stompers is donated to a participating Non-profit group that supports breast cancer education.   

The artwork on the Busty Blush label was painted by Artist, Dixie Rogerson-Bill.  She has been painting and creating original art for over fifty years.  Her work has a mixture of realism, fantasy and nature.  By working in many media a freshness is developed in the expressing color, pattern and design.  Dixie is one of America’s Naiveté’ Artists.
