Beautiful white flower aromas compose the nose accompanied by notes of honey, jasime tea, Asian pear, cereal and a hint of fig. The palate contains bright fruit flavors supported by vibrant acidity. Light and pleasing essensces of gooseberry, white currants, and lychee evolve onto the finish.
Our 2014 Pinot Grigio was cold soaked on the skins for 48 hours prior to pressing in order to extract the beautiful aromas hidden within the purple skins. Increased extraction also produces a wine with more richness in color and texture. Aromas of Asian pear, ginger bread, honeydew, salmon berry and rosewood offer pleasing complexity. The palate is crisp with great volume and structure. The finish is smooth, crisp and complex and ends gently over several minutes.
Our 2013 Nicola’s Red Blend has a deep garnet hue. There are aromas of cherries and strawberries on the nose with subtle hints of oak. The palate is full with lively, gritty tannins dancing on the tongue and perfectly balanced with natural acidity. Jammy red fruit flavors linger for several minutes after the initial taste.
