TASTING NOTES

 

Eye catching salmon color. Floral and fresh, smells strawberries and grapefruit, then adds deeper notes of cherries and spice in mouth. Berry flavors are carried by a plump, medium bodied palate on  a long mouthwatering finish.  A unique summer pleasure that will match any sashimi dish, grilled chicken or pool party.  Serve it chilled.

80% have been pressed after a 4 hours cold soak in the press

20% is from bleeding the tank of red sangiovese in fermentation
