Our 2012 Castle Red consists of 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Cabernet Franc, 20% Merlot, 10% Petit Verdot, 5% Malbec and 5% Syrah. The fruit originated from 65% Columbia Valley and 35% Walla Walla AVA’s. Aromas of dark cherry, Chocolate, Vanilla, coffee, mint, turmeric, pine forests and fresh oregano abound on the nose. The palate is soft and textured with rich, velvety tannins. A perfect wine to drink young; it will pair well with grilled meats, cheeses and rich Italian sauces.

Our 2012 Petit Verdot has a dense octopus ink, maroon color. Gardenias, violets, cascade berry jam, Mexican chocolate, licorice, cedar and clove aromas present themselves. Vibrant black fruits explode on a smooth, full-bodied palate containing chewy, dusty tannins and a sweet, jam-like textured finish. This bold wine is ready to drink now and has an extended ageing window of 10 years.
Our 2014 Le Chateau Chardonnay produces aromas of crisp green apple, peaches, white chocolate, cracked walnuts and caramel. The palate is rich, creamy and voluminous with an acidity that cuts through the volume like a knife through butter. The finish contains velvety oak tannins that seem to float within a creamy texture. Flavors of crème brûlèe, stone fruit and plantains persist on the palate.
Our 2013 offering is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon and has a dense crimson color with tight aromas of capsicum, ripe cascade berries, vanillin, licorice, clove and fresh cut thyme. The palate has firm acidity with chewy, chalky tannins. The finish is long with a strong cassis flavor that almost never ends. This is a very complex and reputable wine that will age for 20 years.
